Automatic Ampoule Filler Sealer from Adinath built on sturdy structure with customized options. Latest AFS series ampoule filler can handle up to 30ml glass ampoules. Machine perform ampoule loading, nitrogen purging, liquid filling, post nitrogen purging, pre heating and sealing operations. At the end filled and sealed ampoules get collected automatically onto collection tray. In tunnel operated models dead plate provided to match flow of ampoules along with connected machine. All contact parts of injectable liquid made from AISI SS 316L material to obtain cGMP compatibility.

Accurately fabricated ampoule filler machine can manage 1ml to 30ml glass ampoules with utmost precision. Machine range available for open mouth glass ampoules as well as closed mouth ampoules. Choice of filling mechanism available such as piston pump filling, servo driven filling and peristaltic pump filling. Sealing station is inbuilt feature which provides two stage sealing function. In Stage One pre heating performed to remove droplet inside ampoule tip. In Stage Two sealing operation performed by mixture of LPG and oxygen gas. 360 degree heating provided to ampoules in order to achieve perfect dome shape sealing.

Automatic Ampoule Filler Sealer Process Operation

Empty washed & sterilized ampoules loaded onto infeed hopper of the machine. From where it has been received to receiving rack through starwheel/cassette. The moving rack which moves horizontally collect one/two/four/eight ampoules from the receiving rack and transfer the ampoule to the machine in left to right in an inclined position. During ampoule movement Pre-gassing, Filling, Post Gassing, Pre-heating & Sealing Station perform filling and sealing operations. At the end duly filled and sealed ampoules get collected automatically onto collection tray of the machine.
