Automatic Ampoule Filler and Sealer from Adinath built on sturdy structure and with customized options. Contact parts of injectable liquid made from AISI SS 316L material to obtain cGMP compatibility. Machine perform ampoule loading, nitrogen purging, liquid filling, post nitrogen purging, pre heating and sealing operations. At the end filled and sealed ampoules get collected automatically onto collection tray. In tunnel operated models dead plate provided to match flow of ampoules along with connected machine.

Accurately fabricated ampule filler machine can manage 1ml to 30ml glass ampoules with utmost precision. Filling needles varies according to model type and specification opted. Machine is suitable for open mouth glass ampoules and we also have range of closed mouth ampoule machines. Different types of filling mechanism can be offered such as piston pump filling, servo driven filling and peristaltic pump filling names a few. Sealing station is inbuilt which provide two stage sealing function. In stage one pre heating performed to remove droplet inside ampoule tip and in stage two sealing operation performed by LPG and oxygen gas combination. Ampoule rotating rollers offered to rotate ampoules in order to deliver 360degree heating of ampoule tip.

Process Operation of Ampoule Filler Sealer

Empty washed & sterilized ampoules loaded onto infeed hopper of the machine. From where it has been received to receiving rack through starwheel/cassette. The moving rack which moves horizontally collect one/two/four/eight ampoules from the receiving rack and transfer the ampoule to the machine in left to right in an inclined position. During ampoule movement Pre-gassing, Filling, Post Gassing, Pre-heating & Sealing Station perform filling and sealing operations. At the end duly filled and sealed ampoules get collected automatically onto collection tray of the machine.
