Our single punch tablet press has got a sturdy reduction gear box and the turret is operated using this gear box and also the motor of this machine. It is quite easy to adjust turret speed using the A.C frequency drive.

The machine is also called small scale tablet press and since it is an R&D lab model, it is perfectly suited for research and development. It has guards made if acrylic material. With a well-thought out upper guard interlocking system, it has unparalleled safety measures and it performs simply amazingly at all times. The machine can also be equipped with a Bi-layer mini tablet press, if needed. For effective lubrication the machine can also have grease nipples wherever needed.

It has a stainless steel trolley and there are low noise levels. There is virtually no vibration because of anti-vibration mounts it has.
