The whole body of our lab scale rapid mixer granulator is covered by stainless steel covers. Impeller of the machine helps break wet mass into tiny pieces and granules. It is designed and manufactured in such a way that the long blades of the machine serve the purpose of pushing the material while half-length short blade lifts the material.
Chopper of our small RMG machine is facilitated with small but sharp blades that easily cut wet lumps which are later mixed by the impeller.
Discharge port is facilitated horizontally at the bottom of the dome and it is in place to unload granules in the container. A compressed air regulated cylinder is uses to operate the discharge port’s opening.
This machine’s ultra-modern control panel is loaded with a number of advanced features including auto-manual controls, indicator lights, discharge opening and closing controls, air regulators, pressure gauge, and air filter.

The small RMG machine causes granule formation through rising, whirling and tumbling motion of the material. Dry mixing happens when all necessary ingredients are put into the RMG and impeller & chopper of the machine rotate at pretty high speeds. When binder solutions are added impeller and chopper have to operate at a low speed. Again, when wet mass granulation takes place, impeller and chopper rotate at a very high speed.
This lab scale rapid mixer granulator doesn’t take more than 3 to 5 minutes for dry mixing and wet mixing takes between 5 to 10 minutes. Mixing time depends on the particle size, type, quantity and characteristics of material.
