Description
Meticulously designed Two Head Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine built on sturdy structure and even offered by Adinath International with customized options. Contact surface areas of injectable liquid made from SS 316L material to obtain GMP compatibility. Machine having double filling nozzles for liquid with utmost precise filling operations. Beside these, two nozzles for pre nitrogen and two nozzles for post nitrogen provided for nitrogen flushing before and after filling operations.
Two head ampoule filling machine dispense 0.5ml to 10ml volume in single dosing operations. Machine is made for open mouth ampoules and we also having another model which can cater closed mouth ampoules. We have different types of filling mechanism options in which piston pump filling, servo driven filling and peristaltic pump filling is most common choices. Sealing unit is inbuilt in the machine and provide two stage sealing operations. In stage one pre heating performed to dry any droplet present on inner surface of ampoule during filling procedure. In stage two sealing operation performed by LPG & oxygen gas through clippers. Rollers provided to rotate the ampoules in order to deliver 360 degree flame onto ampoule glass. Due to double head machine also called as twin head ampoule filling machine.
Ampoule filler and sealer uses to fill different type of injectable liquids with utmost precision. Transportation of ampoule happen through slant movement of rack. During rack movement transfer, nitrogen purging, filling, pre heating and sealing operations performed. Interestingly if no ampoule presents at filling unit then no liquid will discharge from filling needles.
As a leading two head ampoule filling machine supplier we provide sturdy & easy to use machines which has less maintenance required. Adinath International is counted among leading ampoule filling machine manufacturer in India.
Salient Features of Two Head Ampoule Filling Machine
Process Operation of Two Head Ampoule Filling Machine
Empty washed & sterilized ampoules receive automatically on wire mesh conveyor belt from outfeed of sterilizing tunnel. Ampoule fed automatically into in-feed hopper from the left hand side of the machine and feed to receiving rack through cassette. The moving rack which moves horizontally collect two ampoules from the receiving rack and transfer the ampoule to the machine in left to right in an inclined position through pre-gassing. Pre-gassing, Filling, Post Gassing, Pre-heating & sealing sta.

FAQ of Two Head Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine
What ampoule sizes and fill volumes can the machine handle?
It accommodates ampoule sizes from 1 ml to 30 ml. Filling volume typically ranges from 0.5 ml to 10 ml in a single dosing operation, with minimum changeover parts needed for sizes from 1 ml to 10 ml.
What materials are used for contact and non-contact parts?
All contact parts that touch injectable liquids are made from high-quality Stainless Steel 316L for GMP compatibility. Non-contact parts are made from Stainless Steel 304.
Does the machine support nitrogen flushing?
Yes. It features possibility of nitrogen gas flushing before, during, and after filling. Specifically, it includes two nozzles for pre-nitrogen and two for post-nitrogen flushing.
What is the “No Ampoule – No Filling” system?
This safety feature ensures that if no ampoule is present at the filling unit, no liquid is discharged from the filling needles, preventing wastage and spillage.
How does the sealing process work?
Sealing is a two-stage process: first, pre-heating (pre-warming station) dries any droplets on the inner surface of the ampoule; second, sealing is performed using LPG and oxygen gas through clippers. Rollers rotate the ampoules for a 360-degree flame application.
What filling mechanisms are available?
Common options include piston pump filling, servo-driven filling, and peristaltic pump filling. The machine is designed primarily for open-mouth ampoules (a separate model is available for closed-mouth ampoules).
What is the accuracy of the filling operation?
The machine provides precise filling with a filling error of ±1%.
What are the power and dimensional specifications?
It requires a 0.5 H.P. power load at 230 Volts, Single Phase, 50 Hertz (adjustable to customer requirements). Approximate machine size is 915 mm (L) × 760 mm (W) × 965 mm (H).
What are the key operational and maintenance advantages?
It is a compact cGMP model with full accessibility for easy maintenance, minimum changeover time, little maintenance requirement, easy cleaning, ampoule neck centering during operations, flow meters for easy flame regulation, and sturdy, user-friendly design. Empty washed and sterilized ampoules are automatically fed via conveyor and rack system for sequential pre-gassing, filling, post-gassing, pre-heating, and sealing.
