Description
Automatic Empty Tube Sticker Labeling Machine or Tube Labeler applies label onto plastic tubes. After filling and sealing tubes are loaded onto infeed hopper of the labeling machine from where they are delivered to the roller conveyor of the machine. Roller conveyor is having spacing with same diameter as of tube diameter for perfect placement of tubes onto rollers. During transportation onto roller conveyor tubes reached to the labeling station where label dispenser dispense label onto tubes one by one. Further there is pressing device below which tube passed. Pressing device is equipped with spounge belt through label get pressed onto tube for proper placement. Duly labeled tubes collected automatically onto exit collection tray of the machine.
Empty tube labeler equipped with PLC HMI based control mechanism for automatic operations. Precisely built roller perform smooth operation with minimal possible rejection. There is option to add missing label sensor onto machine through which any missing label tube can be detected and alarm signal can be provided onto HMI.
Working Principle of Filled Tube Labeler
The Loading hopper releases containers into a roller conveyor in which each containers each held some distance by separators rollers and back up guide are passed to the labeling station in an upright position. When the ampoules/vials reaches to the labeling station, the sensor operates the servo motor. At this point of time, the sticker touches the ampoules/vials and wrapped over the ampoules/vials by the driven belt on roller. Then Rubber belts press the Labels on ampoules/vials during passing through Rubber belt. The labeled ampoules/vials pushed to unloading tray.
