And all of these can be synchronized using just one motor which makes this machine an obvious pick. It also has a programmable logic controller and touch screen HMI that’s pretty easy to operate. There is no need for a vacuum pump because it has an in-built venture for vacuum generation.

Due to its compact and small size, the machine doesn’t occupy much space and is still capable of filling up to 2500 capsules per hour. It also has variable speed adjustment options. Our R&D capsule filling machine has a modified dosing disc for minimal rest over of powder. Lab scale capsule filler comes with a conical hopper for smaller batch size. The machine is sturdy in construction and offers safe and credible operation at all times.
