Working Principle of Ampoule Filling Machine Lab Model
Raw ampoules has to be loaded onto hopper of the machine. From hopper one ampoule will be deliver to moving rack by rotating starwheel. Rack advanced one ampoule in each sequencing. Ampoule reaches to the filling unit where three nozzles are there first and third nozzle if for nitrogen flushing which perform pre and post filling nitrogen. Middle nozzle is for liquid filling. Machine having no ampoule – no filling feature through which if there will be ampoule below filling unit then only nozzle will discharge liquid. If there is no ampoule then there will be no liquid discharge. After filling activity ampoule reaches to the sealing unit where there are two burner nozzles. First nozzle perform pre heating activity which evaporate any water droplet stick onto inner surface of ampoule during filling procedure. Second nozzle is for sealing purpose. Sealing unit is equipped with rollers which rotates ampoules, so ampoule get proper heating onto all over surface. After heating there one sealing jaw which do up & down movement. During its down movement it pick up waste glass from ampoule and drop it to glass waste container. Duly filled and sealed ampoules now collected automatically onto collection tray by the machine.
