Description
Accurately fabricated four head ampoule filling and sealing machine built on sturdy structure and even offered by Adinath International with customized options. Contact surface areas of injectable liquid made from SS 316L material to obtain GMP compatibility. Machine having four filling nozzles for liquid with utmost precise filling operations. Beside these four nozzles for pre nitrogen and four nozzles for post nitrogen provided for nitrogen flushing before and after filling operations.
Four head ampoule filler and sealer dispense 0.5ml to 10ml volume in single dosing operations. Machine is made for open mouth ampoules and we also having another model which can cater closed mouth ampoules. We have different types of filling mechanism options in which piston pump filling, servo driven filling and peristaltic pump filling is most common choices. Sealing unit is inbuilt in the machine and provide two stage sealing operations. In stage one pre heating performed to dry any droplet present on inner surface of ampoule during filling procedure. In stage two sealing operation performed by LPG & oxygen gas through clippers. Rollers provided to rotate the ampoules in order to deliver 360 degree flame onto ampoule glass.
Ampoule filler and sealer uses to fill different type of injectable liquids with utmost precision. Transportation of ampoule happen through slant movement of rack. During rack movement transfer, nitrogen purging, filling, pre heating and sealing operations performed. Interestingly if no ampoule presents at filling unit then no liquid will discharge from filling needles.
As a leading four head ampoule filling machine manufacturer we provide sturdy & easy to use machines which has less maintenance required. Adinath International is counted among leading ampoule filling machine exporter in India.
Salient Features of Four Head Ampoule Filling Machine
Process Operation of Four Head Ampoule Filling Machine
Empty washed & sterilized ampoules loaded onto infeed hopper of the machine. From where it has been received to receiving rack through starwheel/cassette. The moving rack which moves horizontally collect one/two/four/eight ampoules from the receiving rack and transfer the ampoule to the machine in left to right in an inclined position. During ampoule movement Pre-gassing, Filling, Post Gassing, Pre-heating & Sealing Station perform filling and sealing operations. At the end duly filled and sealed ampoules get collected automatically onto collection tray of the machine.

FAQ of Four Head Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine
What ampoule sizes and filling volumes can the machine handle?
It is designed for open-mouth ampoules ranging from 1 ml to 10 ml and can accurately dispense volumes from 0.5 ml to 10 ml in a single dosing operation, with minimal changeover parts needed for different sizes.
What materials are used in the construction of the machine?
All contact parts that come into contact with injectable liquids are made from high-quality Stainless Steel 316L for GMP compatibility, while non-contact parts are fabricated from Stainless Steel 304. The machine is built on a sturdy structure as a compact cGMP model.
How does the “No Ampoule – No Filling” system work?
This safety feature ensures that no liquid is dispensed from the filling needles if an ampoule is not present at the filling unit, preventing wastage and maintaining process integrity.
What nitrogen flushing options are available?
The machine includes four nozzles for pre-nitrogen and four for post-nitrogen flushing. Nitrogen gas flushing is possible before, during, and after the filling operations to protect sensitive injectable liquids.
How does the sealing process work on this machine?
Sealing is performed in two stages: first, a pre-heating (pre-warming) station dries any droplets on the inner surface of the ampoule; second, sealing is done using LPG and oxygen gas through clippers. Rollers rotate the ampoules to ensure a complete 360-degree flame application.
What filling mechanisms are available?
Common options include piston pump filling, servo-driven filling, and peristaltic pump filling, allowing flexibility based on product requirements. The machine features four filling nozzles for precise operations.
Can you describe the process operation of the machine?
Washed and sterilized empty ampoules are loaded into the infeed hopper, transferred via a starwheel/cassette to a receiving rack, and then moved by a horizontally traveling rack in an inclined position. Operations including pre-gassing, filling, post-gassing, pre-heating, and sealing occur during movement, after which filled and sealed ampoules are collected automatically on a tray.
What are the key technical specifications?
Key specs include a filling accuracy of ±1%, sealing with LPG and oxygen, power requirement of 1 H.P. (230 Volts, Single Phase, 50 Hz – adjustable as needed), and approximate machine dimensions of 1200 mm (L) × 1070 mm (W) × 965 mm (H).
What are the main advantages or salient features of this machine?
It offers compact cGMP design, high output, easy maintenance with full accessibility, minimum changeover time, ampoule neck centering during operations, flow meters for easy flame regulation, little maintenance, and easy cleaning—making it a sturdy, user-friendly solution from a leading Indian manufacturer and exporter.
