Tube Filling Machine (tube filling and sealing machine) including tube filler machine is uses for filling, crimping & coding aluminum tubes. Machine has proven performance and suitable to use in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and food industry.

Tube filling machines are versatile machines, designed so as to fill viscous and semi viscous products such tube-filling-machine as ointments, cosmetics, toothpastes, adhesives, shaving creams etc. in metallic tubes. These machines are competent of handling special tube sizes and are also equipped with ‘No Tube – No Fills’ feature to save wastage of costly product.

Salient Features of Tube Filling, Crimping & Batch Coding Machine

  • “No Tube – No Filling” system.

  • Suitable for filling, sealing coding of Aluminum tube as well as plastic LAMI tubes by changing over the sealing device.

  • Electrical jacketed S. S. Hopper with thermostatic control to keep the material hot, while filling for a smooth flow of material.

  • Machine is provided with stirring device, so that no active ingredients in the material can stick to the inner wall of hopper.

  • All contact parts made of S. S. 16 material.

  • Relay electrical control system with operating panel with start, stop, and inch.

  • Variable A.C. drive motor for the speed adjustment.

Process Operation of Tube Filling, Crimping & Batch Coding Machine

Rotating disc having 8 tube holder pockets which rotate in continuous rotary motion. The 1st and 2nd stations are for the feeding of the tubes. 3rd station is for vacuum cleaning of the tubes to remove dust particles from the tube. 4th station is “No Tube – No Filling” station. At 4th Station tube presence will be determined by tube presence sensor. 5th station is Filling Station where filling will be done based on inputs from the 4th station. In case of no presence of tubes – no filling activity will occur.

6th station is crimping station. Where crimping activity will take place for tubes. 7th station is batch coding station where pre set data will be embossed on to tubes. 8th station is automatic tube ejection station to eject filled & crimped tubes.
