Our bottle screw capper boasts of a simple working principle for exceptional operational efficiency. Feed containers move on the conveyor belt and they are fed into an in-feed star wheel. As a result these containers come right under the capping head for the indexing part. The rotating head picks up a cap from the cap star wheel facilitated in the machine. The body and neck of containers are precisely positioned under the rotating head and this is where the capping head comes into action for impeccable capping operation. The torque can be set beforehand and this bottle screw capper automatic machine takes care of the entire operation from start to finish. You also have options to choose bowl or cap elevator according to your needs and preferences.
