Description
Precisely fabricated Six Head Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine built on sturdy structure and slant travel mechanism. Contact surface areas of injectable liquid made from SS 316L material to obtain GMP compatibility. Machine having six filling nozzles for liquid with utmost precise filling operations. Beside these six nozzles for pre nitrogen and six nozzles for post nitrogen provided for nitrogen flushing before and after filling operations.
Six head ampoule filler and sealer dispense 0.5ml to 10ml volume in single dosing operations. Machine is made for open mouth ampoules and we also having another model which can cater closed mouth ampoules. We have different types of filling mechanism options in which piston pump filling, servo driven filling and peristaltic pump filling is most common choices. Sealing unit is inbuilt in the machine and provide two stage sealing operations. In stage one pre heating performed to dry any droplet present on inner surface of ampoule during filling procedure. In stage two sealing operation performed by LPG & oxygen gas through clippers. Rollers provided to rotate the ampoules in order to deliver 360 degree flame onto ampoule glass.
Ampoule filler and sealer uses to fill different type of injectable liquids with utmost precision. Transportation of ampoule happen through slant movement of rack. During rack movement transfer, nitrogen purging, filling, pre heating and sealing operations performed. Interestingly if no ampoule presents at filling unit then no liquid will discharge from filling needles.
As a leading six head ampoule filling machine manufacturer we provide sturdy & easy to use machines which has less maintenance required. Adinath International is counted among leading ampoule filling machine exporter in India.
Salient Features of Six Head Ampoule Filling Machine
Process Operation of Six Head Ampoule Filling Machine
Empty washed & sterilized ampoules loaded onto infeed hopper of the machine. From where it has been received to receiving rack through starwheel/cassette. The moving rack which moves horizontally collect six ampoules from the receiving rack and transfer the ampoule to the machine in left to right in an inclined position. During ampoule movement Pre-gassing, Filling, Post Gassing, Pre-heating & Sealing Station perform filling and sealing operations. At the end duly filled and sealed ampoules get collected automatically onto collection tray of the machine.

FAQ of Six Head Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine
What ampoule sizes and fill volumes can the machine handle?
It accommodates ampoule sizes from 1 ml to 20 ml, with precise dosing typically ranging from 0.5 ml to 10 ml (or up to the full size range depending on configuration).
What materials are used for the contact and non-contact parts?
All contact parts that touch the injectable liquid are made from high-quality Stainless Steel 316L for GMP compliance, while non-contact parts are made from Stainless Steel 304.
Does the machine include a “No Ampoule – No Filling” system?
Yes. It features a “No Ampoule – No Filling” system so that no liquid is dispensed if an ampoule is not present at the filling station.
What filling mechanisms are available on this machine?
Common options include piston pump filling, servo-driven filling, and peristaltic pump filling.
How does the nitrogen flushing and sealing process work?
The machine provides six nozzles for pre-nitrogen and six for post-nitrogen flushing. Sealing is a two-stage process: pre-heating (to dry any residual droplets) followed by sealing with LPG and oxygen gas via clippers, with rollers rotating the ampoules for 360-degree flame coverage. Nitrogen flushing is possible before, during, and after filling.
What is the filling accuracy of the machine?
Filling error is controlled to ±1%.
Can the machine handle both open-mouth and closed-mouth ampoules?
It is designed primarily for open-mouth ampoules; a separate model is available for closed-mouth ampoules.
What are the key power and dimensional specifications?
Power requirement is 2 H.P. at 230 Volts, Single Phase, 50 Hertz (adjustable as needed). Approximate machine dimensions are 2000 mm (L) × 1400 mm (W) × 1100 mm (H).
How does the process operation work from loading to collection?
Washed and sterilized empty ampoules are loaded into the infeed hopper, transferred via starwheel/cassette to a receiving rack, then collected six at a time by a moving rack that advances them in an inclined position through pre-gassing, filling, post-gassing, pre-heating, and sealing stations before automatic collection on the output tray.
