Operational Mechanism

Containers are manually loaded onto a turntable, feeding them upright into the system. A synchronized mechanism inverts each container, directing it through a chamber under negative pressure. High-pressure air jets dislodge particles, while an exhaust system collects debris in a dust collector box. After cleaning, containers are returned to an upright position, ready for the next operation.

Feed the containers on a scrambler in upright position which will be directed to feed worm. Containers are inverted at the feed worm and a synchronized mechanism is there to make sure one-by-one container feeding through a chamber that’s under negative pressure. The machine also contains a series of nozzles blowing air in the containers at a very high pressure. An exhaust fan is facilitated for the collection of exhausted dust in the dust collector box. Synchronized mechanism and feed worm feed the container and once the entire process is done with, the containers are once again in upright position. They are now clean and ready for the next operation.
