For precise powder dosing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and excipients during the manufacturing of Solid Dosage, Three-Tec’s modular multi-dosing system is the ideal answer.
According to client needs, up to eight distinct dosing units that are each adapted to particular product features like feed rate, accuracy, and flow behaviour may be modularly configured.
The multi-dosing system may be used for both conventional batch operations and continuous production processes with refilling units.
High-accurate dosing results are necessary for a repeatable procedure and subsequent processing, including:

Solid Dosage
It is possible to generate outputs ranging from 0.005 kg/h to 1,000 kg/h, depending on the diameter and design of the screws.
