Working Principle of Sticker Labeling Machine

The infeed turn table is uses for loading the bottles from where they are moved to the machine’s conveyor. Conveyor has a linear movement and it reaches the labeling station. The machine consists of a special type of mechanizing roller spacing device for performing the label sticking operation at the labeling station. Batch number and other information can be printed in a feasible manner if you choose to have a batch printing device with the machine. You can also choose to have a camera based vision inspection system to keep the entire process under strict supervision which stops the operation if it is not up to the mark. After labeling operation load receive onto outfeed collection tray.
