The machine is known for offering optimum size reduction because it works on variable force swing hammer blades principle.
Our small size reduction mill machine can be used to manage a wide array of dry and wet materials. Size reduction can be controlled with utmost precision as the hammer blades have both knife and impact edges rotating exactly according to your operational needs. You can make the most of the control screen to control values.
The flow path is completely streamlined in the vertical rotor machine and there is a castor wheel facilitated for hassle-free mobility purposes. All contact parts of our small multi mill are made of 304 stainless steel grade. If you are looking for uniform size reduction with high production outputs, our 1 H.P multi mill is the machine you should go for. Rotation of the blades can be reversed as well. Sieves of the machine are also available in various diameter sizes between 0.5 to 12mm.
The machine made of SS 304/316 AISI has 8 stainless steel blades and 2 scrapper blades. The rotor assembly is attached to the shaft with a bearing. Speed variation can be adjusted through an A.C frequency drive unit that helps you achieve 4 different speeds ranging from 800 RPM to 1600 RPM, 2200 RPM and 2800 RPM.
