Working Principle of Vial Powder Filling Machine
The machine is constructed with top-class stainless steel finish is ideal for round glass vials. It is capable of filling up to 100 vials per minute. Sterilized powder stored in the hopper is agitated using a pair of mechanical agitators to ensure uniformity and consistency. This equipment’s powder wheel consists of 12 ports rotating at a pre-specified speed. Owing to back spring pressure there isn’t any clearance between powder wheel and vacuum plate. Doctor blades are there for the removal of excess powder and this can be done from outside without having to remove powder hopper. Once the filling operation is over, the filled containers are separated using vial separator and are advanced for the stoppering process.
