Cartridges loaded on Stainless Steel in-feed hopper. Cartridges move from hopper to the stoppering station by the help of nylon feedworm. Cartridge first stops ate stoppering station where rubber insertion unit put stoppers from the bottom, after this filling done by nozzles at the filling stations. Capping station consist stainless steel bowl and chute. Sealing chute deliver caps one by one on the head of the cartridge which is capped by moving sealing head. Duly stoppered, filling & capped cartridges delivered on outfeed hopper without hand touch.
