Capsule Inspection and Polishing Machine is combo machines of inspection and polishing which work together as one complete system. Capsule Polishing Machine uses for polishing capsules after filling them with powder. Specially designed brush uses for thorough cleaning of capsules. After polishing there is inspection process performed with capsule inspection machine. Capsule travel onto moving belt below 2000 lux illumination light with option of magnifying lens.
Capsule Inspection Machine
Machine is with conveyor belt. Above this machine there is a lighting source to inspect the capsule minutely. The capsules come out thought vibrator and move on the conveyor belt and while moving they revolve around their axis due to angular guides. This total visual inspection can be undertaken by an operator to sort out defective capsules.
Capsule Polishing Machine
Consisting of a stainless steel chambers installed with filter cloth, a revolving variable speed spiral nylon brush stainless steel powder collector. The capsules travel from one end to other end. During this travel they are subjected to roll in between the nylon bristles and filter cloth. In this course the powder on the capsules and at the edge are removed and sucked by the Dust extractor. The Capsules coming out of the chute are thoroughly polished, shiny & clean.

Interchangeability
It is recommended to use separate polishing brushes for different products to avoid contamination. Separate polishing brushes can be supplied for different types of powder. Polishing brushes can be interchanged easily.
CAPSULE INSPECTION MACHINE
Automatic Capsule Inspection Machine is designed basically to inspect capsules after powder filling operation prior to final packing. Filled capsules travel from the hopper to the Vibrating tray and passes through the inspection belt, which is provided with light arrangement for visual inspection of damaged or rejected capsules prior to polishing.
